I believe that Rok_WNDR3800 v2 and v3 may require a special procedure of upgrading to DDWRT firmware.
This is very cool, I already have one re-rockspace wifi extender but the downside is that it’s software version is currently on v1. We would like to convert this into a wireless repeater bridge for our son’s bedroom (he doesn’t get good wireless coverage there) or rather we want him to get better coverage without having spend another $100 for a new router with wireless N access point mode! A re-rockspace wireless extender with DDWRT firmware would be awesome! Can this be done?
